Ramsay’s Kitchen is Gordon Ramsay’s all-day restaurant inside the Mandarin Oriental, Boston, at 774 Boylston Street in the Back Bay. It serves breakfast from 6:30 a.m. every day and stays open until 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, which makes it one of the few chef-branded rooms in the city where you can book anything from an early business breakfast to a late dinner.

This guide is built from the restaurant’s own listings on the Gordon Ramsay Restaurants and Mandarin Oriental websites and its OpenTable page, as they appeared on Oct. 19, 2026. It is not based on a visit by The Boston Report, and hours, menus and offers can change, so check with the restaurant before you go.
Where Ramsay’s Kitchen Boston Is and When It Is Open
The restaurant sits on the Boylston Street side of the Mandarin Oriental, near the Prudential Center and Copley Place; OpenTable lists the cross street as Boylston Street and Ring Road. The phone number is (857) 289-0771. The hotel’s own address is next door at 776 Boylston Street.
- Breakfast: 6:30 to 10:30 a.m. daily.
- Lunch: 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday; brunch runs over the same hours on Saturday and Sunday.
- Dinner: 3 to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 3 to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
- Bar and lounge / all-day menu: from 11:30 a.m. until closing.
- The Mandarin Oriental notes the dining room closes between 10:30 and 11:30 a.m. while breakfast turns over to lunch.
What Is on the Menu
The hotel describes Ramsay’s Kitchen as a “casually refined” room built around Ramsay classics, naming Beef Wellington as the signature, alongside dishes influenced by his travels and “a unique twist on local favorites.” The bar pours cocktails and draws on a full wine list, and the restaurant offers a dessert menu after dinner. OpenTable classifies the cuisine as American and puts the typical check at $31 to $50 per person, with a “casual elegant” dining style and a smart-casual dress code.
Because the restaurant keeps its menu online rather than in print, prices and individual dishes are best checked on the official Ramsay’s Kitchen Boston page before booking.
Offers, Classes and Private Dining
- Kids Eat Free: the restaurant group says that, Monday through Thursday, a child aged 10 or under gets a meal from the Ramsay Kids menu free with each adult entrée ordered.
- Cocktail masterclass: guests can book an interactive class behind the bar that starts with a Bellini and teaches three of the restaurant’s classic drinks.
- Private dining: OpenTable lists four private options, a Chef’s Table, a semi-private dining room, a bar and lounge buy-out, and a full buy-out, with packages for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
- Seasonal menus: in October 2026 the group is running a “Power of Pink” breast cancer awareness promotion created with Stefanie Embree, the first champion of the baking competition Next Level Baker and a breast cancer survivor.
Tips Before You Go
- Book ahead for weekends. Reservations are taken through the restaurant’s website and OpenTable.
- Breakfast is the easiest table. The 6:30 a.m. opening serves hotel guests and Back Bay office workers, and it is the meal least likely to need a long lead time.
- Getting there: the Prudential stop on the Green Line E branch and the Back Bay and Copley stations are all within a short walk.
Is Ramsay’s Kitchen Worth Planning Around?
For visitors who want a recognizable chef name, a long all-day schedule and a Back Bay hotel setting, Ramsay’s Kitchen is one of the more flexible options on Boylston Street. Diners looking for a smaller independent kitchen nearby can browse our Boston restaurants guide.
