Which ladders are covered

The affected models are the Adjustable Fortress 2.0, Conquest 2.0, Dark Horse 2.0, Epic, King Kombo XT, Leveler, MegaLite, MegaLite+, Multi, Quantum and Vector, the CPSC said. Rapid Locks are black or orange and sit on each ladder leg to adjust its height. Only ladders without an orange rectangular “QC” sticker on the rail above one of the Rapid Locks are included.

What owners should do

Owners should stop using the ladders immediately until they review the information at littlegiantladders.com/pages/recalls and contact Little Giant for a repair kit with warning labels and instructions, the agency said. The new instructions tell users to verify the locks are engaged before every use and to lubricate them. Little Giant can be reached at 866-201-9069.
