Downtown Woburn’s Main Street, around Woburn Common, has become a dense restaurant strip, with Italian, Spanish tapas, Thai, Korean, Chinese and Brazilian kitchens within a few blocks. Beyond downtown, restaurants cluster around the Mishawum Road and Commerce Way area near Interstates 93 and 95.

How we chose these places

This list starts with businesses in The Boston Report’s Woburn directory, then adds places from Google Maps business profiles checked on Oct. 22, 2026. For Woburn, we included every restaurant from our directory and added downtown and nearby independents with high ratings and many reviews. National chains in the Mishawum Road area were left out. We did not accept payment for placement, and we did not include places that Google marked as permanently or temporarily closed. Ratings and review counts are a snapshot from that date and will change.

Restaurant hours change often, especially around holidays and in winter. The hours above come from each business’s Google profile, not from the restaurant directly, so call ahead or check the restaurant’s own website before you go. Tips before you go

Downtown Woburn has metered street parking and municipal lots near the Common. Spaces fill on Friday and Saturday evenings.

The MBTA’s Anderson/Woburn commuter rail station on the Lowell Line is a short drive from downtown, and MBTA bus route 354 serves parts of the city.

Most of these restaurants are small businesses. Weekend evenings book up first; where a restaurant takes reservations, booking ahead is the safest plan. Ask about allergens directly, because menus posted online are not always current.
