Legend. OVR is EA Sports’ overall player rating in NHL 27. EA publishes ratings for its top 300 players, which includes ten Bruins; a dash (—) means the player is not in that published list, not that the rating is zero. GP = games played, G = goals, A = assists, PTS = points, +/- = plus-minus. For goalies the line shows games played, record (wins-losses-overtime losses), goals-against average and save percentage. A dash in the stats column means ESPN lists no 2026-27 game stats for the player. Status is ESPN’s injury designation on Oct. 11.

Legend. Records are wins-losses-overtime losses. Points percentage is standings points divided by the maximum available (two per game played); 1st is the best in the league. After six or fewer games for each team, ranks change daily. OTL = overtime loss. “at” marks road games. Times can change.

Ratings explained

Where the ratings come from. Player ratings are EA Sports’ NHL 27 overall ratings. The opponent column uses the standings (points percentage), not a rating. Coach and staff rows show official records only.

What they are not. EA ratings are a video-game publisher’s assessment and can change with in-season updates. Neither the ratings nor our tables are a Boston Report grade, and we do not invent ratings.

Gaps. EA publishes only its top 300 players, so most Bruins show a dash. We found no published power-rating or strength-of-schedule model for NHL teams from ESPN or NHL.com, so the schedule shows opponent records and points-percentage rank instead.
