How the Bruins got here

Boston beat Chicago 5-4 in overtime on Oct. 31, as we reported, and Vegas 3-2 in a shootout on Monday, when David Pastrnak scored the winner. Our Vegas recap has the details. Before that, the Bruins had lost two straight, to Carolina and St. Louis.
